Hotel information for the 2004 Mekong Circle Reunion

- Members who want to reserve should ask for "The Mekong Circle Group Rate." Make your reservations by phone. Online reservations cannot honor our Mekong Circle group rate.
- Rate per room per night is $139 for two people. Third or fourth person is $25 extra, each.
- 100 rooms reserved for Mekong members; choose either two double beds or one king size bed. Maximum occupancy is four people to a room.
- Cut-off date for reservations is July 17, 2004. After this date, rooms and prices will depend on what is available.
Each room has high-speed DSL Internet access, computer data port, large work/desk area with two telephones and the usual amenities, lincluding 27" color TV with remote, coffee maker, hair dryer, iron/ironing board, full bath supplies, etc.
The 2004 Chicago Organizing Committee has requested that all attending members occupy the same floor in the same tower. We also requested for non-smoking rooms.
Transportation:
Hyatt Regency Chicago uses the Airport Express to shuttle their guests from and to the airport at both O'Hare and Midway. Cost is $17.00 one way and $29.00 RT from O'Hare and $11.50 one way and $20.00 RT from Midway.
