The venue for the 2008 reunion in the Philippines will be:

1. Log in to the hotel link:
2. Click on the word "find" (in red letter) on the right side of the
screen, below check rates and availability.
3. Follow the 6 steps that will guide you in your hotel room reservation.
Step 1 of 6 - Check rates and availability:
On the square with blue background, click the space with dates,
under the check in date. A calendar will appear. Go to November 2008
and click on 7. Then click on "check rates and availability" written
in red letters.
You should also indicate on this step if you need more than one
room and the number of adult staying in the room.
Step 2 of 6 - Select rates:
Click on "reserve a room" written in red letters.
Step 3 of 6 - Preferences:
Indicate your preferences (whether you like smoking or
non-smoking, double or twin beds, extra pillows and towels, arriving
early and departing later than the 2 days covered by the discounted
rate, etc. Check-in time is 2:00 PM and check-out time is 12:00
noon). Click "continue" written in red letter at the bottom of the
page.
Step 4 of 6 - Review Details:
This page summarizes your hotel stay and the charges (fees).
Click "continue".
Step 5 of 6 - Guest Information:
Enter your personal and credit card information. You may also
enter your Marriott awards number, if you have an account. Click on
complete reservation.
Step 6 of 6 - Reservation completed:
The hotel will give your acknowledgement or reference number.
The reunion committee has blocked 50 rooms for the members attending
the reunion. The discounted group rate is $115.00 per room per night,
excluding VAT, prevailing local government taxes and service charge.
The capacity per room is for 2 adults. Each room includes the usual
amenities, plus a free breakfast for 2 room guests at the Club Lounge.
If you want to add a 3rd person in your room (maximum number of
occupancy), that guest is not entitled to a free breakfast. The
deadline for online reservation is August 15, 2008. Each room
reservation must be guaranteed by a first night room deposit with your
credit card.
Important information to consider: Please reserve early if you are
planning to arrive earlier than 11/7/2008 and checking out later than
11/9/2008. The hotel has indicated that the discounted group rate
will also be applied to early arrivals and late departures, depending
on room availability.
Transportation:
You can also make an arrangement with Renaissance Hotel if you need
airport transportation to the hotel with the following rates:
Cefiro (max. capacity of 3 people) - 2,200.00 pesos, one way
Grandia/Estate ( 8 people capacity) - 2,200.00 pesos, one way
E-150 - 2,200.00 pesos, one way
Mercedes Benz - 2,200.00 pesos, one way
The last 2 cars do not indicate the capacity. Note: The prevailing
dollar/peso exchange rate lately is $1.00 to 40.00 pesos.

Circle Philippines in November 2008 so you will receive the group
discounted rate.
